Individual sessions typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours.

Don't worry about what you wear—we'll drape you in a neutral base fabric during your session. The most important thing is to arrive with no makeup on, so we can get the most accurate results.

Yes! If a friend or family member would like to observe your analysis, they are more than welcome to join you at the studio.

You'll receive a personalized PDF within 24–48 hours after your session. This includes your digital color wallet, recommended lipstick, blush, and eyeliner shades, your "wow" colors, and everything you need for your season.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before the session starts by using the link in your confirmation email. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) are considered a no-show.

Group sessions for 2 people take about 2 to 2.5 hours, and groups of 3 take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. For larger groups, timing is customized based on the group size.
