Welcome to Color Girl Miami! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related offerings. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

IMPORTANT: By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our SMS/Marketing consent provisions.

By accessing our website at coloranalysismiami.com, booking any services, or providing your contact information, you:

• Agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms
• Represent that you are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Consent to receive communications as outlined in Section 12

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Color Girl Miami provides professional color analysis services including:

• In-Person Color Analysis: Personalized color consultations at our Miami location
• Virtual Color Analysis: Remote color analysis via photo submission
• Group Sessions: Color analysis for multiple participants
• Corporate Events: Color analysis services for businesses and organizations
• Educational Content: Webinars, workshops, and training materials
• Color Girl App: Seasonal palettes, color tools, AI-assisted estimates and previews, saved recommendations, and optional affiliate shopping links

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion

• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made via accepted methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Failed payments may result in automatic cancellation of services

• Weekly access: $7.99 per week and renews automatically until cancelled
• Monthly access: $19.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled
• Lifetime access: A one-time $97 purchase for ongoing access to the Color Girl App offering
• Basic access: Limited app features may be available without a paid plan

The plan and price presented in secure checkout control your purchase. Recurring plans can be managed or cancelled from the app’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues according to the paid billing period and payment status. Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may suspend access. Paige-confirmed color analysis services are separate from an AI-powered app analysis or app-access purchase unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

AI color results are estimates generated from the information and photos you choose to provide. Lighting, cameras, makeup, hair color, and image-analysis limitations can affect a result. AI output should not be treated as a guarantee of appearance, product availability, or purchasing outcome.

Some product recommendations may use affiliate links. Color Girl may earn a commission when you buy through an eligible link, at no extra cost to you. Product price, stock, returns, fulfillment, and merchant terms are controlled by the third-party seller.

To ensure the best experience, please plan to arrive right at your appointment time, rather than early. We understand that life happens, so we allow a 20-minute grace period. If you think you might be late, just give us a call to let us know.

Refunds are available up to 7 days before your appointment. Within 7 days of your appointment, payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrivals more than 20 minutes late, and no-shows are forfeited and require a new booking.

For Color Girl App subscriptions, cancelling weekly or monthly access stops future renewals and does not erase your account. If you contact support within 24 hours after a weekly renewal or within 7 days after a monthly renewal, Color Girl may refund that most recent renewal and return the account to the locked membership state. A preference for a different season does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund; exceptional cases can be reviewed by support.

If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Provide at least 24 hours notice when possible
• Offer immediate rescheduling or full refund
• Not be liable for any consequential damages

As a client, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate information and photos (for virtual analysis)
• Follow preparation instructions (e.g., no makeup for analysis)
• Treat our staff and location with respect
• Not record, photograph, or share proprietary methods without permission
• Understand that color analysis is subjective and based on professional opinion

All content on our website and in our services, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and videos
• Color analysis methodologies and techniques
• Educational materials and resources
• Website design and functionality

Are the exclusive property of Color Girl Miami and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

SMS Consent Agreement

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly consent to:

• Receive SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing communications
• Automated calls and text messages from Color Girl Miami
• Marketing messages about our services, promotions, and events

Important SMS Information:

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and preferences
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan
• Opt-Out: You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly
• Carriers: Supported carriers include major US providers

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this SMS consent provision and agree to receive communications as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Girl Miami shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
• Any errors or omissions in our content or services
• Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
