Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a session?
Solo sessions are approximately 90 minutes. Sessions for 2 people run about 2 hours, and groups of 3 are around 2.5 hours. Each person gets individual attention — no one is rushed.
What should I wear to my session?
Come with a clean face (no makeup) if possible — this helps us see how colors reflect on your natural skin tone. Wear a neutral-colored top (white, gray, or black). Don't worry about the rest — we handle everything in the studio!
How is this different from an online quiz?
Online quizzes use generic algorithms that can't account for your unique undertone, overtone, or how light interacts with your skin. In person, we drape real fabric against your face in natural lighting and you can see the difference with your own eyes. It's not even close.
Is it really worth it?
Think about how much you've spent on clothes, makeup, and hair color that didn't quite work. Most clients say this is the best investment they've made in their personal style because they stop wasting money on the wrong things. Plus, you leave with a personalized PDF and digital color wallet you'll use for years.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation email right away. Full payment is collected at booking. After your session, you'll receive a personalized PDF within 48 hours with your seasonal palette, best colors, hair and makeup recommendations, and a digital color wallet for shopping.
What's the cancellation policy?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before your appointment. Within 7 days of your appointment, payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrivals more than 20 minutes late, and no-shows are forfeited and require a new booking.
Can I bring someone who isn't getting analyzed?
Absolutely! Friends, partners, and family are welcome to watch. It's actually really fun for them too — many end up booking their own session after seeing the results in person.
Where is the studio?
We are located upstairs inside Glimpse Boutique at 1825 West Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Street parking is usually available, and there is additional parking across the street in the garage associated with The Fresh Market.
